QA Process: Landing Pages and Emails

Hi all!

With a new year brings new perspective, new goals, and new habits. In working with Trey, as well as speaking to you all about a more formal QA Process to follow, I would like to present the Digital team’s QA process documentation. The documentation is specifically for new emails as well as landing page (any new landing pages we design/build, updates we make to existing landing pages, etc). New web builds QA doc is in the works!

These docs will live on the MMC Intranet for everyone to reference moving forward. These will be the holy grail for Digital team to follow in an effort to ensure we are properly QAing and delivering on all project deliverables as well as consistently implementing best practices (images will always have alt text, landing pages will always have a meta description…you get it).

My goal is to update the docs/intranet on a monthly basis so the QA process remains fresh and up to date. I am more than happy to adjust things as we start to implementing this now.
