Marriners – We’ve received requests to clarify the following when it comes to printing & scanning. See handy dandy guide below!
Need to print in color?
Please use Kyocera CS 6052 ci (the printer next to Trey’s office). This is our newest and sharpest printer – making it ideal for reviewing project print outs or presentations/documents that will be distributed to a customer. (Nearly all internal-circulated documents don’t need to be printed in color so please change to Black & White before printing to any printer.)
When you want to print in color – make sure the document is showing 6052 as the printer selected. You click on Print Options and then select Properties to make sure everything looks correct – that it’s printing in color, double or single sided, etc.
Want to scan and email yourself a document?
We recommend Kyocera CS 5550 ci (the printer in the Client Service area). If you want quick instructions or your name is not in the printer’s address book, please let us know and we’re happy to help.
Want to be more eco-friendly?
Change your printer default settings to double-sided (or “flip on long edge”).
Need help updating your printer default settings so it optimizes your printing?
Follow these steps:
Need more help with any of the above?
You can always put in a ticket with DP Solutions (help@dpsolutions.com) to get access to Kyocera CS 6052 ci if you don’t have it currently in your printer option list or to assist in setting up your printer default settings as noted above.
If you have any questions – please see Nikki or Dawn.
