IFMA/Datassential - Consumer Food Journey

A 30-minute webinar introducing the IFMA Consumer Journey report developed in conjunction with Datassential and Kinetic 12. The report is a deeper dive into the Consumer Infographic that IFMA released several months ago.

The report dives into the trigger events, need states and decision outputs that drive consumption occasions in home and away from home. (In non- marketing lingo, it talks about how people choose what and where to eat.) It’s a wealth of data we can use for presentations, briefs, etc...

I could pull out a few highlights, but I think the Executive Summary does a better job than I would. I do encourage you to take a quick spin through the deck though. I think everyone can find a nugget or two that would be useful and help provide thought leadership to our clients.
