VIII. Timing

Following Client approval of creative brief and schedule, for most straightforward projects generally allow:

 

Build in additional time for: specialty printing (die cuts, pockets, binding, etc.); photography or video shoots; estimating for unique creative concept elements; full campaigns or programs with multiple deliverables; extended client legal review process, etc.

 

Below is a guideline for timing when planning new creative material. Timing includes from Kick Off (with all needed Client assets) to releasing final files, including legal review. Custom websites, photo shoots, video projects or campaigns require custom schedules.
