ToDo's are a WMJ feature used to manage web maintenance requests for Clients with retained digital agreements only (if in doubt, please see the Digital Project Manager for confirmation).
- Considerations on tickets:
- Typical turnaround time is 72 hours.
- Urgent requests, such as a website being down, should be communicated in person with the DPM to assess timing and next steps and also be clearly noted in the ToDo.
