Campaigns can be created by Account for linking projects that are part of a larger initiative.
- Clients can be invoiced through the campaign with a few considerations:
- Paid media is excluded from campaign invoicing.
- Campaign invoicing must be requested on the project request when submitted.
- Expenses and time are tracked at the project level.
- Campaigns can be used to track pre-bill budgets and project spending:
- Production will create a campaign estimate for the total pre-bill amount.
- Link projects as opened to the campaign and review the campaign budget to see dollars invoiced to date, spend by project and left to spend.
