To page over the intercom system:
Press # and then 0.

To make a call:
Dial 9 and then the phone number.

To put a call into an employee's voice mail:
Press "Voice Mail" button, enter employee's extension and then hang up.

To check voice mail:
Press "Voice Mail" button and then press "Release" button.**Employee needs to press *, enter in extension and then their password number.

To transfer a call to employee offsite:
Press "Transfer" button, enter employee's alternate extension, wait for the ring, then hang up.

To make a three-way call:
Dial 1st phone number, press "Conf" button, dial 2nd phone number and then press "Conf" button again to connect all parties.

To forward a voice mail to someone:
While in the voice mail system, press 6 and then enter employee's extension.

To transfer a call to a Polycom:
Press "Transfer" button, dial the extension, and then hang up.
