Here’s a recap on steps to take if you suspect someone is using your email or pretending to be you:
1) Call Skyline’s help desk at 1-888-767-9040. Skyline will immediately remote into your computer to check things out and provide you with next steps.
2) Call the person who received the suspicious email and ask them to forward the email back to you.
3) Forward that email to me and let me know if Skyline communicated any follow up instructions.
4) I will forward the email to Skyline so that they can block the sender from our Marriner exchange.
5) Change your email and computer log in passwords.
