Marriner WordPress Configuration Plugin

There is a custom plugin (more coming) to handle all of Marriner's default WordPress theme/site settings. Within the plugin features can be enabled or disabled, LESS variables declared, favicons, settings and more. This plugin is included with the Base WordPress deployment but can also be installed by itself.

Please be sure to include this plugin with all new site installs.

Once the plugin is deployed, it is able to update from new Releases in GitHub.
